Je conseille...bon pain...bons gâteaux...fougasses...abordable...personnel aimable...une était avant à l ancienne paillasse d odeillo sur l autre trottoir...maintenant boucherie depuis peu.

Fidèle cliente depuis des années,lors de mes dernières vacances cet hiver j'avais été quelque peu déçue de la qualité des tartelettes individuelles aux fruits et des éclairs qui avait beaucoup baissé et là début septembre quel changement!,la qualité est redevenue comme autrefois et même en mieux(peut être un changement de pâtissier?)une tartelette myrtilles/fraises d'excellence avec une pâte sablée maison au gout de noistte qui fond sous la bouche,une crème légère juste ce qu'il faut ,on sent les fruits frais,nous sommes en semaine et à la fin des vacances pourtant mais la qualité et fraicheur sont irréprochables ,comme la religieuse au chocolat XXL (crème chocolat peut être pas assez amère)dont on ne fait qu'une bouchée,la pâte à choux est bien fraiche,irrégulière on sent le fait maison,quel régal pour nos papilles de déguster ces pâtisseries d'antan !
les viennoiseries ne sont pas trop grasses et trés aérées ,le pain à la mie bise aux noix(est peut être moins fourni en noix qu'autrefois), j'aurais aimé une paillase plus cuite pour ceux qui l'aiment comme cela,mais dans l'ensemble je suis satisfaite ,et les prix sont plus que raisonnables...Traduction

The blueberry/strawberry tartlet was excellent, with a homemade shortcrust pastry that had a hazelnut flavor and melted in your mouth, a light and perfectly balanced cream, and you could taste the fresh fruit. It was a weekday and the end of the holidays, yet the quality and freshness were impeccable. The same goes for the XXL chocolate religieuse (the chocolate cream could perhaps have been a little more bitter), which you could eat in a single bite. The choux pastry was wonderfully fresh and slightly irregular, giving it a homemade taste. What a treat for our taste buds to enjoy these pastries of yesteryear! The pastries aren't too greasy and are very airy. The whole-wheat bread with walnuts (perhaps with fewer walnuts than before) is nice. I would have preferred a more well-baked loaf for those who like it that way, but overall I'm satisfied, and the prices are more than reasonable.

Nos hemos alojado en Font-Romeu y hemos comprado pan y quiches varios días. El pan está buenisimo y el servicio es excelente. Lo echaremos de menos.
